About Me
From macaroni necklaces to site specific installations and everything in between - you name it, I've made it. I'm more than a little bit obsessed with art and words. A perfect day for me would involve xeroxing things out of my sketchbook, typing up snippets of text, and stapling together a whole bunch of zines.
When I am not making art, I love thrifting, going to flea markets, listening to music that isn't cool, reading, writing, and watching all of the weird videos you post on YouTube.
I hold a BFA in Printmaking from the University of Florida, and I've taught art classes on topics ranging from screen printing to metals, drawing and painting, and bookbinding. Clients include Urban Outfitters, 6DollarShirts, Amelia's Magazine, and The Independent Florida Alligator.
I also interviewed myself here to kick off my artist interview series. You can also read an interview with me on Christen's blog, The Soft Sunlight, here. Or take a peek into my home by watching the video below...
* FTC Declaration: In the spirit of full disclosure, I worked as a freelance designer for Yasutomo and Company from 2013 - 2014.
